1. Services
Accurate Healing Massage Therapy provides professional therapeutic massage and bodywork services designed to promote relaxation and well-being. Services are offered by licensed massage therapists in accordance with New York State Education Department (NYSED) Office of the Professions standards.
2. Client Eligibility
Clients must:
Be 18 years or older, or have written consent from a parent/guardian.
Disclose relevant health conditions or injuries before treatment.
Refrain from any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior; such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible reporting to authorities.
3. Appointments, Cancellations & Payments
Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, billed at the full rate.
We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or digital methods listed at booking. Please note there is a 3% fee on all credit card use.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician for medical conditions. Our therapists do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.
5. Liability
By receiving services, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and accept all associated risks. Accurate Healing Massage Therapy and its therapists are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or medical complications arising from disclosed or undisclosed conditions.
6. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for services specified. Expiration dates, if applicable, will be clearly stated at purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, and logos—is the property of Accurate Healing Massage Therapy. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
