  • Your 30-60 minute session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your comfort preferences and focus areas. Light to medium pressure is used with long, flowing strokes. Aromatherapy, hot stones and warm towels may be included to enhance relaxation.

    Be prepared to be pampered with this 90 min massage. It has everything you need full body massage plus reflexology finishing with moisturizing cream for the feet. Essential oils are used while warm massage stones soften your muscles. Scalp and sinus cavity also treated. Best 90 min of your life.

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to target deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve chronic pain, knots, and tightness. Perfect for athletes or anyone with ongoing muscle tension.

  • This session begins with a targeted assessment of problem areas. Firm pressure and slow, concentrated techniques are applied to specific muscles. You may experience mild soreness afterward, followed by improved mobility and relief.

Reflexology

A targeted massage focusing on pressure points in the feet that correspond to different organs and systems of the body. Reflexology promotes relaxation, balances energy, and supports overall well-being.

  • You’ll begin with a soothing foot soak, followed by focused pressure and massage on specific reflex points. The treatment helps improve circulation, ease stress, and restore balance to the body — perfect for anyone on their feet all day.

Cupping Therapy

A therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to release muscle tension, improve blood flow, and detoxify the body. Cupping helps loosen tight fascia, relieve pain, and promote faster recovery.

  • 60 minute cupping therapy - $110.00

  • Your therapist will place silicone or glass cups on specific areas of the body to create gentle suction. Cups may be left stationary or moved slowly across the skin. Mild redness or circular blemishes on the skin are a normal occurance. They will fade within a approximately 5 days, leaving you feeling looser and revitalized.

How often should I schedule massage therapy?

How often you should come in depends on your individual needs. Some clients visit weekly, while others come monthly. At a minimum, we recommend once a month, but the ideal frequency will vary based on how you’re feeling, your health history, and your personal wellness goals.


Can I consume alcohol after my massage session?

It’s not recommended to consume alcohol immediately after your massage, as your capillaries are more open and your body is in a relaxed, detoxifying state. It’s best to wait at least an hour. If you do choose to drink, be sure to stay well hydrated.


Can I exercise after a massage?

Yes, you can exercise after a massage, but it’s best to take it easy and allow your body time to relax. Staying hydrated is important, and giving your body a chance to fully absorb the benefits of the massage is highly recommended.


Do you offer prenatal massage services?

Yes, we offer prenatal massage services. To be eligible, we require a doctor’s note or prior approval from your healthcare provider.
